HELLO…
I’m Lauren, founder and lead coordinator of Laurel and Fey. I love all things fashion + design, farm-to-table elements, small bites so I can snack all day long, and anything floral. Oh, and I’m a big fan of dirty martinis to celebrate on a Thursday with my girlfriends.
As a FIDM (Fashion Institute of Design & Merchandising) graduate, I quickly fell into working backstage for fashion shows and events. I knew I enjoyed the “hustle & bustle” of an event and working on my feet. I’m not afraid to climb a ladder in a dress and heels, and always carried a tool box to class. I pour myself into each and every aspect of an event or wedding.
I’m a true California girl. Growing up in the city of angels, I quickly learned it’s a necessity to have multiple jobs to support your side hustle. If I wasn’t working in a restaurant I was working at a fashion company or retail space. With a background in hospitality and fashion, my two loves seamlessly intermix to create memorable events by involving all five bodily senses. You won’t forget the sights and sounds, the scents, flavors, and textures, all combined on your perfect day.
Laurel & Fey began as a passion project for friends and family, but quickly snowballed into booking 10 weddings in one year. I knew I was on to something good! As a recent bride, I now know and understand the other side of planning a wedding. I care deeply about making a connection with each of my clients and value the relationships I develop along the way.

In my spare time (if I have any) you can find me binge watching reality TV, working on my green thumb, spending time outdoors exploring, or researching new trends and ideas. Oh, and I LOVE road trips!

OUR COMMITMENT...
Laurel & Fey strives to be an eco-friendly service and will not work one time use plastics. We collect all recyclables after every event to make sure to do our part to eliminate waste. Donation of all un-used food will be given away to the homeless after every event. We can all do our part by becoming more conscience about the way we celebrate. Together we can make a difference!
